Children’s Party Policy
Deposits and Payments: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
The balance is due at the time of the party. We accept cash, Visa, Master Cards or checks.
Cancellations and Refunds: Due to the nature of our business, all deposits are non-refundable,
but we will be happy to work with you in rescheduling your party for another date.
RSVP Policy: You will be charged for the amount of guests confirmed not the amount of guests
who attend the party. Confirmation should be made by phone (706-769-0024), (4) four days prior to your tea party to
review the headcount on your RSVP list. Your final invoice will be based on that count this is due to the up front cost
of setting up your tea party.
Minimum Attendance: There is a minimum of 6 guests, however, if less show up no discount
will be given.
Maximum Attendance: You are allowed to invite up to 12 children including the birthday child.
Special Diets: Should any of your party guests have food allergies, please let us know in
advance and we will try our best to accommodate their need. If they have severe food allergies, we recommend that you
or their parent provide an alternate treat for the child.
Liability for Damage: Accidents do happen, however, clients will be responsible financially
for any damages incurred while attending a party at Garden of Eden tea and pastry salon due to misuse or neglect.
Arriving & Departure Times: We suggest that the birthday girl and guests arrive no earlier
than10 minutes prior to the party starting time. Please remind guests to be on time.
Age: Little Misses between the ages of five and ten will probably get the most enjoyment
out of our tea parties.
Time: Parties last from 60 to 90 minutes.
